January, 2009 - Tucker retook basic obedience; but this time the trainer had different techniques that worked well with him. Although still very social with other dogs and people; relatively, he was well behaved. His owners did their homework this time, and he passed well above a 3.75 GPA.

March, 2009 - Tucker is practicing his agility at home. He does good jumping and tunneling; but it's tough keeping his focus. Just like Winnie the Pooh, butterflies, squirrels, and leaves falling out of the tree take him in other directions. He can clear the jump without issue. Brittany attention span requires short sessions

April, 2009 - Tucker is in his 5th week of agility training. We have one hour on Tuesdays to get trained on what we should practice all week long. We have been getting in some training and Tucker does pretty good in class. Of lately, he is calming down better and stays when told. So far, he can do everything pretty well for just 5 weeks.

April, 2009 - We would also like to see what this bird dog would do in the open field. We have been investigating sport and field trial clubs in town, but have had no luck in finding one. I think it would be worth trying, just to see what he can make of it. He gets so much satisfaction out of being free to run!

April, 2009 - Tucker completed his first 5 weeks of agility training and did very well with one exception; the park is next to a wetland area and there are number birds, ducks, ibis, crows, and grackels. So focus is very challenging. But so far, he does all of the items presented so far as though it's pure fun.
