It
is a great honor to have an architect in the family now that
Christopher has choosen a vocation that posseses both physical and
artistic characteristics of creating new features in the world. I
would have to say that given a second chance, I would have like to have
choosen a similar career, either design or construction. Although
I would probably not make much money at it.
Whether a lone house on an empty hill, or and faciful niche in a
building's facade, I can take special appreciation of the details and
unspoken history behind the plan to create and construct the
object. The following images caught my interest enough for
me to take the time to whip out the camera.

| We had the opportunity to visit New York City in May of 2007
which affoded many opportunity to see and photograph some of the best
architecture in American and the world. I really couldn't get enough of
it. I might have to go back sometime when I can roam. |
